SP Energy Sdn Bhd provides project development services for Renewable energy projects, Waste Heat Recovery, Biogas Power Generation. Other project development services include Anaerobic digester, Biogas recovery and Landfill Gas to Energy.

Preparation for Development
Conduct thorough preparation for development to avoid unnecessary costs, ensure rapid construction and guarantee smooth and reliable operation.
   
Operational Study Analysis
Conduct a comprehensive study of the sites existing operations to determine the viability of the project. In order to begin the process, clients are asked to provide operating data (eq. electricity, heating, chilling requirements). With this data and continuous collaboration with the client, a design is developed specifically for the site and its particular requirement.

Financial Analysis
With the result of the initial study, we will create a financial analysis to show the economic viability of the project. This will include capital costs, anticipated operational costs, comparison to existing system operational costs and expected revenue (cost savings) that will be possible.

Planning Permit for Relevant Authorities
We will then develop the implementation plan for construction of facilities. We will compile and assist in submission of documents to relevant authorities.

Construction and Commissioning
The site management team ensures that the facility is installed according to plan. Once the facility is constructed and commissioned, we will ensure a smooth transition to owners.

Total Lifecycle Services
Through our Total lifecycle service program, we design, engineer, install and commission power systems, as well as support them with long-term contract operations and maintenance services. It is all part of our turnkey approach, offering a single point of responsibility to make sure you get the most value from your power system.
