Description :

This engine has been specially developed for the biogas segment. The TCG 2016 B maintains the same output level as its predecessor (555 – 740 kW at 1500 min-1 / 50 Hz) achieving an electrical efficiency increase of approx. 1 %. This is equivalent to a fuel consumption reduction of approx. 2,5 % or 56.000 m³/year for a power plant with engine type TCG 2016 BV16. This means not only a significant reduction in operational cost but also a contribution towards an environmental friendly electricity production.
